What is the current wait time for receiving my order after placing it?
Currently, the estimated wait time is approximately 4 months for small systems (The Cube, The Pyramid), and 1–4 weeks for large systems (The Journey, The Dream, The Awakening). As our operations continue to grow, we’re working toward reducing all wait times to under 2 weeks globally. To secure your place in the queue, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, today we are offering internal financing plans directly through us. We require a 25% deposit upon ordering followed by either 5 or 7 monthly instalments. We do require the payment in full prior to shipping out the systems. The plan can be paid off at any point with no penalty.
What are the shipping costs for The Light System™?
Shipping costs are not included in the listed price of each model. Shipping within the Continental USA, as well as international shipping, will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are also responsible for any applicable customs, duties, taxes, or fees.
Does The Light System™ come with a warranty?
Yes! Included in your purchase is a 3-year unlimited warranty on any and all parts and equipment.
Is installation included with purchase?
The Light System is designed to be installed by 2 persons, in a way that allows for an easy and simple installation process with step by step graphic instructions. An installation manual is included in your purchase.
Is there any prior education needed to operate the system?
Is there an annual licensing fee for the technology?
No. Your purchase of the technology is a one-time purchase that allows you to own the technology outright, for life. No further licensing will be required.
Do you offer discounts for UNIFYD TV members?
We do not currently offer additional discounts for UNIFYD TV members due to the significant price reduction we’ve already implemented with the technology.

What is the difference between a smaller unit versus a bigger unit?
If I ordered a smaller unit and later wanted to upgrade to a larger unit, would I have to buy new stands to install them? Or can a stand be extended?
Our railings do not extend. If your intention is to upgrade to a larger unit, we recommend purchasing the larger stands with your first order to prevent needing to purchase a second set of stands.
What are the exact sizes and weight of each screen and CPU?
Each screen is 27” diagonally with a weight of roughly 7 lbs each. The CPU that feeds the monitor is approximately 7.5”x7.25”x1.375”, and weighs about 5 lbs each.

Can any model be used in any room size?
Yes, although the saturation and intensity of colliding photons will diminish the further apart they are. This could theoretically affect the intensity of the field. We recommend a distance of no further than 30 feet apart, but this is not a requirement.
Could I hang the screens on the wall? Could I put them on a shelf?
Yes. We recommend that you reach out to our team with your vision to ensure that the configuration you would like to create is one that will render positive results for you and your clients. Furthermore, if going for a custom configuration, we would encourage you to use a professional installer so that wire management and box access are taken care of.
What does the power supply look like?
Normal USA sockets. One of the parts about the system that is extremely important is sine wave control. All of The Light Systems™ are equipped with a Pure Sine Wave Control unit. This will not only protect the equipment, but greatly impact the consistency of the field the system interacts with.

How much power does a system take to run?
Each unit uses 75 watts. Systems with 12-units or fewer can typically run on most room breakers. For The Dream (24-unit) and The Awakening (32-unit) systems it is recommended to have two 20-amp circuits to ensure optimal performance.
Will the boxes (CPU, Sinus wave) also include the power distribution? Will I only need one socket in the wall for one rack/stand?
How are the monitors and computers powered, and how many cables will need to go into the outlets?
Should the equipment remain on at all times, or is it turned off when not in use?
The system is designed to operate continuously, 24/7. Frequent powering on and off is not recommended, as it disrupts the stable energy field it generates. We advise shutting down the system only in cases of severe storms or events that could cause electrical interference, to help preserve its longevity.
